ARTICLE I
DEFINITIONS
1. DEFINITIONS. As used herein, the following terms shall have the
following meanings herein specified, such definitions to be applicable
equally to the singular and plural forms of such terms:
a (S) COMMITMENT: Letter dated August 1, 1972, as
amended, issued by Charter Advisory Company, Advisor
to Guardian Mortgage Investors.
(b) CoNSTxucTioN LENnEx: Trustees of Guazdian Mortgage Inves-
tors as set forth above;
~C~ EVENT OF DEFAULT: Each of the happenings and occurrences
described in Article 6 of this Mortgage;
~ (d) FutrvxES: All Sxtures now or hereafter located under, on or
€ above the Land which consdtute or will consdtute fixtures under the law _
~ of the state in which the Land is situated, including, but not limited to
~ fixtures described in Exhibit D attached hereto ~vhich by this reference is
made a part hereof for all purposes, ~vhich~ term includes any part of the
~ Fixtures;
" (e) GvnxnivTOxs: Joel Wynne and Deena Wynne, his
wife, and Chester Wynne and Dorothy Wynne, his wife,
and Prestige Building Corporation.
~ ( f) I~~rosrrto~s : All ( i) real estate and personal property taxes and
~ other taxes and assessments, public or private; water and sewer rates and
~ charges; all other governmental or non-governmental charges; any interest
~ or costs or penalties ~vith respect to any of the foregoing; and charges for
~ , any easement or agreement maintained for the benefit of the Nlortgaged
Property, gener.~l and special, ordinar} and extraordinary, foreseen and

~ unforeseen, of any l:ind and nature ~~~hatsoever ~vhich at any time prior
to or after the execution of the Se;.urity Documents may be assessed,

~ le~~ied, or emposed upon ti3e liortgaged Property or the rent or income .
