To secure the payment o£ the Indebtedness and the performance and
' discliarge af the Obligations, Riortgagor does by these presents gi~re, trans-
fer, ~rant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, assign, mortgage, hypoihe-
cate, deposit, ptedge, set over, confirm, convey and warrant nnto ~tortgagee
(i ) all estate, right, titte and interest of Zlortgagor in and to the ?~Iortgaged
~ Property, whether now owned or hetd or hereafter acqnired by l~iortgagor,
subject, ho~~~e~~er, to the Permitted Encumbrances, to ha~'e and to hold the
Aiortgaged Property unto Niortgagee, its successors and assigns forever
and ( ii ) the Rents.

The condition of these presents is such that if 1~'Iortgagor shall pay or
cause to be paid the Indebtedness as and ~r•hen the same shall become due
and payable and shall obsenTe, perform and discharge the Obligations, then
the Security Documents and the estates and rights gcanted by them shall
be null and void, othenvise to remain in full force and effect,
