Tliis Nlortgage shall be understood and expressiy stated to be not binding upon any of the Trustees, share- holders, officers, or agents of the Trust, personally, but bindinL only upon the trust estate of Guardian b~lortgage Investors. All persons dealing ~vith • Guardian Mortgage Investors must look solely to the trust property for the enforcement of any claims against Guardian Mortgage Investors. ARTICLE 12 - CHANGES IN LAW ~ 12. TAX ON h10RTGAGE OR 1NDEBTEDNESS; USURY, ln the event of the passage, after the date of this Mortgage, of any law (i) making it illegal for the Mortgagor to pay the ~~~hole, or any pazt of the taxes or assessments , or chazges or liens herein required to be paid by Mortgagor, or (ii) render- ~ _ ing the payment by \iortgagor of all taxes levied or assessed upon the € Security Documents or the interest in the Alortgaged Property represented ~ thereby unla~vful, or ( ui ) rendering the payment by ~iortgagor of the ~ Indebtedness.unlawful or usurious or ~ iv ) rendering the covPnants for the ~ payment of t~~e matters set forth in subpazagraphs ( i) and ( u) of this ~ paragraph 12 by Mortgagor legally inoperative, the entire unpaid balance ~ of the Indebtedness shall, after thirty ( 30 ) days written notice to Mort- gagor, become immediately due and pa} able, an} thing in the Note or Security Documents to the contrary nonvithstanding. ~ ARTiCLE i3 ~ LEASES ~ ~ 13.1 ATTORNI~IENT sY LESSEE.
