HomeMy WebLinkAbout2876 14.4 Extension of Note. At the option of Mortgagor, the
Maturity date of the Note may be extended by a one-year renewal,
upon the same terms and conditions, provided (i) an Event of De-
fault under the Note, this Mortgage or the Loan Agreement has not
occurred, in which event, Mortgagor's right to extend and renew
shall automatically terminate, (ii} Mortgagor shall give written
notice of its intent to exercise said option not less than sixty
(60) days prior to the expiration of the original term of the
Note and (iii) riortgagor shall pay to Mortgagee as additional in-
terest, an amount equal to 1$ ($21,350.00) of the principal amount
of the Note simultaneously with the delivery of its written notice
to exercise said option.
