That certain piece, parcel or tract of land
situate, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the N.W. Corner of Section 26, Township
36 South, Rarige 40 East, St, Lucie County, Florida,
run Southerly on a bearing of South 0°14'45" East a
distance of 399.03 feet to a point on the East Right-
of-way line of U.S. Highway No. 1; thence run South-
easterly on a bearing of South 27°50'35" East along
said East Right-of-way line of U.S. Highway No. l,
a distance of 108~.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.
From the P.O.B. continue on the same bearing of South
27°50'35" East, along said East Right-of-way line, a
distance of 231.24 feet to a point; thence run East
along a line parallel to~the East-West 1/4 line of
said Section 26, assumed bearing East-West a distance
of 4677.90 feet to a Foint on the East Section Line of
said Section 26, thence run Northerly on a bearing of
North 0°12'25" West, a distance of 690 feet to a point;
thence run West a distance of 3864.20 feet to a point;
thence run Southwesterly on a bearing of South 62°09'25"'
West, a distance of 1039.56 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Commencing on the N.W. corner of Section 26, Township 36
South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, said point
being the Point of Beginning. From the P.O.B. run Southerly
on a bearing of South 0°14'45" East, a distance of 399.03
feet to a point on the East Right of Way line of U.S. Highway
No. l, thence run Southeast~rly on a t~aring of South 27°
50'35" East along said Right of 'Aay line, a distance of
1080.35 feet to a point; thence run Northeasterly on a bear-
ing of North 62°09'25" East, a distance of 1039.56 feet to
a point; thence run East along a line parallel to the East-

continue Westerly on a bearing of South 89°56'45" West along

feet to the Point of Beginning. .
