This Note and all transactions hereunder shall be go~~crncd by, constru-
ed and enforced in accordanc~ ~vith the laws of the State of Florida
with reference to ~~hich this Note is ~nade.
It is agreed that the interest rate shall be the
maximum allowed by laca on any unpaid principal due
under this Note after the same becomes due and
collectible and until paid.
Notwithstanding the provisions in this Note that
interest at the Interest Rate shall be calculated
on the basis of a 360-day year, the maximum interest
to be paid on this Note shall not exceed the maximum
interest rate allowed by the laws of the State of
Florida calculated on the basis of a 365-day year.
