ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this 30th day of November, 1972
between Leo V, Moschenross, as Administrator of the Estate of
Arthur C. Moschenross, Deceased, first party; and Robert G. Major
and Rayola J. Major, his wife, whose mailing address is 900 Airosa
Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, second party;
WHEREAS, Arthur C. Moschenross died seized and possessed of
the following described property, lying, being and situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 10, Block 60, RIVER PARK, Unit 6, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 12, page 28 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida;
y WHEREAS, Leo V. Moschenross, of Columbus, Nebras}:a has been
1, appointed the duly qualified administrator of the estate of Arthur C.
Moschenross, deceased; and

WHEREAS, Arthur C. Moschenross did petition the County Judge's
~ Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction
of the estate of Arthur C. Moschenross, for authority to sell the
above described property to the second party and for an order

WHEREAS, the County Judge did on the 27th day of
Nover.iber, 1972 enter an order authorizing the sale of the
property to the second party;
NOW, TI?EREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the ;
sum of Ten Dol? ~rs ($10 . 00 ) and other good and valuable cons idera- i~ i f i I' I:
tions, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the first party, ;,__,s u~
the first party, as administrator of the estace of Arthur C. ti'
Moschenross does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the second ;r"~ ~
party, their heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever,
the lands described and all their appurtenances.. ~r;
