It is further agreed between the parties to this mortgage that in
addition to the terms and conditions set out in this mortgage it is
agreed that a conveyance should be made by the Mortgagor of the
~ p=~emises herein described, or any part thereof, without the
u?ritten consent of the Jensen Beach Bank, and without an
assumption in writing by the new proposed Grantee of this
obligation to the Jensen Beach Lank created by said Promissory
I~ote and this Mortgage, then, and in that event, at thz option of
the Jensen Beach Bank, without notice, all sums of mc,ney
secured nereby shall immediately and concurrently with ~uch
