advances on acmunt of said originai note together with such additional advantes in a sum in excess of

amounts that shall be secured hereby when advanced to protect the security or in accordance with coven-

mental agreement dated, executed and delivered concurrently herewith and reference is hereby made to
said note and supplemental agreement for the full terms and conditions thereiof, and the same are hereby
incorporated herein as fully as if written out verbatim herein, and recorded pursuant to 695.02, Florida ;
Statutes, in Official Record Book a 3&, paqe9 ~~-118, of the public records of _~Ls_ ~uc i e_Co._, Florida.
. In this instrument the singular shall include the plurol end the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights and obligations under this mohgage shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
