Commence at the intersection of Lots 20 and 21, Block
2 of the aforesaid subdivision and the West line of
Ocean Drive and run Northwesterly along the West side
of Ocean Drive 10 feet to a point, thence turn and run -
Southwesterly parallel to the South li~e of said lot
20 to the 41est line of said Lot 20, thence turn and
run Southeasterly along said West line of said Lot 20
to the inXersection of said Lots 20 and 21, thence turn
and run Northeasterly along said South line of said
