KINGREY INC.,said improvements being located on -

INC., xhose interest in such property is fee simple,and
encumbered by a mortgage to Security Federal Savings and Loan
Association of Vero Beach, Florida.
Affiant further says that the last item of labor ;
services and materials were performed and furnished on
October 31, 1972, of the contract price stated, there is un- -
paid the amount of ~988.48 for xhich amount he claims a lien
on the real property herein described. ~
