hereof shall have a 30 day grace period after any payment
date in which to make the payment on this note.
Each installment first shall be applied in payment of
the interest, and then on the unpaid balance of the principal .
sutn. If default is made on the payment of any installment
when due, then at the option of the holders, and w~.thout any
other notice, all the remainining installments shaZl be due
. and payable at once. Forbearance shall not be deemed exten-
tion. Privilege is given to pay this note in whole or in -
part at any time without penalty.
Each maker, surety and endorser hereo£, ~ointly and
severally waives demand, presentment, protest and notice of :
protest for nonpaymen~ and further agrees to any extension
of time of payment either before or after maturity, without
notice to any of us; and to pay all costs of collection, in- .
cluding a reasonable attorney's fees in the event of any
default hereunder.
