In consideration of the payment to GENLRAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
(tierein called "General") by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt of which is acknowledg~d by General, General and
those holding through General, grant and give to you and your successors
an easement for the construction, operation and maintenance of under-
ground electric utility facilities, including cables, conduits and
appurtenant equipment, to be installed from time to time; with the right
to reconstruct, improve, add to, change the size of or remove such
facilities or any of them; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees,
