A RESOLUTION VACATINC TNE PI.AT OF SUNRISE SHORES SUBDIVISION;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
4dHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Fort Pierce has been
requested [o vacate the plat of the subdivision known as Sunrise Shores Sub-
division, as recorded in Piat Book 5, page 59 of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
k'HEREAS, it appears frcm the public reeords no land has ever been
assessed under the name of Sunrise Shores Subdivision, that the roadways,
streets, or alley-ways designated on said subdivision have never been opened or
dedicated to ttie public, and [hat a good portion of said subdivision is under
the Indian River.
h0iv' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISION OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. The City of Fort Pierce hereby vacates all of
the plat of Sunrise Shores Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 5, page 59 of the public records of St. Lucie County, FZorida.
SECTION 2. That this Resolution is adopted in compliance with

~ Section 177.101 (4), Laws of Florida, 1971.

SECTI~JN 3. This Resolution shall become effecCive i~nediately
upon adoption.
This is to certify that this is a true and accurate copy of
Resolution :10. 72-130, a~opted by the City ~ommission of the City of
; Fort Pierce, Florida, at the regular meeting of the City Commission
held on December 11, 1972.
