erected on any lot in the above-described land shall not
be u~ed other~+ise than as a private dre2ling house including
a garaga in addition thereto and no dxelling house shsll be
eracted on any lot of said land that shall cost less than
Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars. (~3,500.00). That the
outer odge of aay buildin~g erected on any of said lot or lots
shall ba a distanca of not less than txenty-five feet froa
the front boundary line of said lot or lots. llnd any such
building shall ba a distance of not less than t~a per cent
of the total Width of the lot or lots it ,ay be erected upon
fro~ the side boundary lines of said lot or lots upon which
said building vay be erected. The front boundary line of
any of said lot or lots shall be the shortest or Midth
diaension and not the longest or length dioension. This
covensnt shall run xith the land and shall be binding upon
the heirs, successors and assigns of the grantee or grsntoes
herein.
