DAVID M. BATTLE, after being duly sworn, deposes and says
that he is the surviving spouse of Ella r1ae~~Battle, who died October 26,
1965; that affiant and said Ella A1ae Battle were grantees in a certain
deed dated June 20, 1960, and recorded in Official Record Book 99, page
434, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; that affiant and said
Ella Mae Battle ~aere married to each other prior to June 20, i960; that
the one and only marriage between affiant and said Ella riae Battle was
never terminated by divorce or annulment, but only was terminated by the
death of said Ella Mae Battle; that affiant is the David 1~t. Battle that
appears as grantee on the deed recorded in Official Record Book 99, page
434, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and that he is the same
David ri. Battle that appears as grantor on the deed recorded in Official
Record Book 205, page 2844, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
that this affidavit is made, executed and recorded for the purpose of
further inducing Frank P. Beck and LaNea J. Beck, his wife, to purchase
the following property situated in St. Lucie County, Florida:
