KNOW All MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS, that Citizens Federal Savings and loan Association of St. Lucie County, a
corporation under the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by ~uan L. Echanes
and Ruth A. Echanes, his wi fe dated February 7 t966 , a~d recorded
in the public records of St . Luc i e County, Flor;da, in Official Record Book ~ 38 on page
355 , securing the payment of the sum of

has received fult payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth

mortgage in and to the premises described therein, and doth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circvit Court of the afore-
said County to cancel the same of record.
