For $1.00 and otl~er vaiuable consideration, we, the undersigned,
SLephen I~Ioon and t~iartha D. Moon, his wife, hereby assign, transfer and
set over unto Bobby J. t~loan and 0. Jean Moon, his wife, all of our
right, title and interest in and to the within and attached "Agreement
for Deed" previously recorded in O.R.Bo~k 202 at page 791, public
records of St. Lucie County, FLorida, sub~ject to all of the terms and
conditions Ltiereof and in addiLion hereby remise, release and qult-
claim unto ttie said Bobby J. nioon and 0. Jean Moon, his wife, all of
our right, title and interest in and to trie property described in the
aforesaid "aGreement for Deed"
