TI~~ Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and execution of this
Aci:nowlacigment and~Ratification by Grantee, acknowledges receipt of copies of the
ueclnration of Condominium described above, including the provisions of all of its
exi~ibits, and that conveyance by such deed is subject thereto. The Grantee does
further nereby ratify, confirm and approve aIl of said provfsions (including the
S4IyD~1~LL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER LEASE as filed for record in Official
F.~ecords Book 189 on pages 1f329 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the Officers and Directors of WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA
CO;vDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not for profit, in making
and entering into said Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound•by all of said pro-
visions; the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions are reasonable,
fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a lien upon the land and real property
described above, as security for his obligations, as_described in said Declaration of
Condominium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that said
Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales Contract executed by the Grantor
and the Grantee contain all of the warranties, representations and inducements
concerning the purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described above.
