by deed dated Sept. 22, 1960 from Edward G. Dietrich and Ethel Dietrich, recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of St. Lu~ie in Book 263 Page 630 on December 9~ 1960!
the prior grantee, ANTONIO ABBATE, having died testate on December 14, 1964 and pursuant
to an Order of the County Judge's Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated May 7, 1968,
and filed in Book OPR 64 page 156, the decedent's 1/2 interest of the above described**
and said grantor dces hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawfut
