corporation, hereinafter referred to ~s the "Mortgagor", by Inden-
ture bearing date of .1pri1 24, 1972, and recorded in the Office of
the Clerk of the Gircuit Court in O.R. Book 201, Page 1959, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and conveyed to
Citizens Bank of Paln Beach County, ti'est Palm Beach, Florida, here-
inafter referred to as "~!ortgagee",-and its assigns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment,of the sum
of Tk'O Hundred Thousand ($2Q0,000.00) nollars, together with in-
terest as specified therein; '

gagee to release the prer~ises hereinafter described, being a part
