BEFORE ME, the undersigneu authority duly authoriz~d to ad-
minister oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared EVA A.
B~IRNES, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is one and the same person described as
Mrs. J. L. Barnes, Sr., in a certain conveyance recorc3e~i in ~.R.
Book 2Q0, page 270, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
as Co-Grantee with J. L. Barnes.
2. Tnat J. L. Barnes, Co-Grantee in said instrument recorded
in O.R. BOok 200, page 270, is one and the same person as J. L. Barnes,
Jr., for whom probate proceedings are now pending in the Court of the
County Judge of St. Lucie County, FZorida, under Case Vo. 72-209.
3. That your affiant is also known as EVA BARNES and is
the mother of J. L. BARNES, JR., and the sole beneficiary under the
Last Will and Testament of said decedent whose will is of record in
the Probate Court of St. Lucie County, Florida in Case :10. 72-209.
And further affiant sayeth not.
