L. BARNES, JR., deceased, and EVA A. BF.RNES, a wido~a, individually, and as sole beneficiary under the Will of J. L. BARP~LS, ~~P.., t~ereinafter called Grantors, to GARY L. PRICE and JERN FAY PRICE, his wife, 106 Yachtview Lane, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, hereinafter called Grantees: WITNESSETH: Tliat the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, re- ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Grar~t~es, a~~ ~F t::at cer- tain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: A purcel of land lying and being in Government Lot 1, Section 33, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, run 911.71 feet East from the ~lortnwest corner of said Government Lot 1 to a point of reference, which is the intersection of the [Vestern boundary of a County Road and the t~orth line of said Section 33; thence run 173.51 feet West on the tlorth line of said Govern- ment Lot 1 to t~ie Point of Beginning; thence from tne Point of i3eginning, turn 90 degrees and run South , 123.13 feet, thence turn 90 degrees and run 90 feet = West and ~arallel to the North Iine of said Governr:~ent Lot 1; tilence turn and run vortn 123.13 feet parallel to the East line of the property herein described, and thence turn and run 90 feet East along the North line ~ o~ said Governr.?ent Lot 1 to the Point of Beginning, said parcel of land includes Tract "B" and the East , 10 feet of Tract "C" as delineated on the surveys of Yacht View which are recorded in Deed Book 221, page 4, and in Deed Book 247, page 234, public records of j • St. Lucie County, Florida; i - • ~ TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress to ~ and over "Yacht Lane" as delineated on the above- referenced surveys; and TOGETHER with riparian and ~ doc;c rights on the Indian River between the extended North and South lines of said "Yacht Lane".
