This aqreement, made this day of November, 1972,
betwsen CLAUDE 8. CQMBS and LOUISE L. CQMBS, his wife, herein-
after called "FIRST PARTIES" and FRED Ii. KESNER and VERNA S.
KESNER, his wife, 3J37 Pioneer Circle, Fort pierce, Flaricla,
hereinafter called "SECOND PARTIES",
W I T N E S S E T H:
That it Second Partiea ahall first mAke the pa?ymenta and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be
made and performed, Firat Parties hereby covenant and aqree to
convey and assure to Second P~+rtiae, their heire, executors,
adminietrators, or assiqns, in fee simple, free fmm all encum-
brances, by a qood and sufficient warranty deed, the following
described property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 3, Block A, PIONEER PARR, ae per pl~?t thereof

to fluctuate upward or downwar8 from their pres~nt

fluctuation occura, the mo~thly payments will be
ad justed accordingly. Furthernwre, if payzaenta are
not received by the 7th of the month whea due, a
penalty charge of $7.4U ~rill be made. In ad8ition,
if paymenta are not received by the 15th of the
