STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
IN RE: Lot 6, and the East ~ of Lot 7, Block D, of M. J.
RAULERSON'S SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof in
Plat Book 4, Page 55 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
Before me, the undersigned authority, duly auth orized to
administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared
ROGER POITRAS, who, by me being first duly sworn, upon oath says:
That my name is ROGER POITRAS, that affiant is the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida and, in that capacity,
the custodian of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant further states that there is only one M. J. RAULERSON'S
SUBDIVISION, being recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 55, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida which subdivision contains
four blocks, A through D. Affiant further states that there is
a M. J. RAULERSON'S RE-SUBDIVISION recorded in Plat Book 6, page
G 43 of the Public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, however,
? said plat does not contain a Block D. Affiant further states that

¢ there is no plat of M. J. RAULERSON'S SUBDIVISION or any name

~ similar to that recorded in Plat Book 4, page 44, of the public

records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Affiant states nothing further.
