CLAIM OF LIEN

Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared ~URTIS E. BOLIN, who, being duly sworn, says that
he is a partner of the Lienor herein, PRECISION AERIAL
APPLICATORS, whose address is St. Lucie County Airport, Ft.
Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of a contract with
MODULEX MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY, INC., Lienor furnished labor,
services or materials consisting of:
Aerial applications of various chemicals to
citrus grove.
of a total value of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY
DOLLARS ($2,250.00) of which there remains unpaid $2,250.00,
for which amount, plus legal interest from September l, 1972,
he claims a lien on the 1972-73 citrus crop on the following
described real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:
