WARRANTY DEED ~
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made and executed the day of
December, A.D, 1972, by NORTH TItAIL GOLF CLUB, I1JC., a corporation ex-
isting under the laws of Florida, and having its principal place of
business at 329 Pine Lake Drive, Stuart, Florida 33494, hereinafter
called grantor, to TRAFALGAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPERS, INC.,, whose post
office address is 111 Fontaine~leau Boulevard, riiami, Florida 33126,
hereinafter called grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all
that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
That part of the West 1/2 of the tJest 1/2 of Section 7,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying South of Turn-
pike Feeder Road; also the West 1/2 of the Northwest
1/4 of Section 18, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, less
right-of-way for Indrio Road; also that part of the East

ing South of Turnpike Feeder Road, less the t~lest four
feet for Canal yo. 3 right-of-way; also the Northeast 1/4 '
