as security for the repayment of the note secured hereby and not to seek
or ebtain a money judgment or deficiency decree against Mortgagor, its
successors or assigns in the event of a foreclosure hereunder.
I. Mortgagee agrees to join in any and all necessary and rea-
sonably required zoning (and/or planning) applications as Mortgaqor shall
file from time to time and shall join in all plats filed by Mortqagor from
time to time; provided, however, all costs incurred in connection with
any of the aforesaid shall be borne by Mortgagor.
