GRANTS OF EAS~MENT
TNIS INDENTURE made and entered into this 20th day of December,
1972, by and between NORTH TRAIL GOLF CLUB, INC., a Florida corporation,
hereinafter referred to as "North Trail", and TRAFALGAR COMMUNITY DE-
VELOPERS,INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Trafalgar
Developers,"
WHEREAS, North Trail is seized in fee simple of the lands des-
cribed on Exhibit A attached hereto, hereinafter designated as Parcel A, and
WHEREAS, Trafalgar Developers is seized in fee simple of the
lands described~on Exhibit B attached hereto, hereinafter designated as
Parcel B, and
WHEREAS, the parties are agreeable to granting each other cer-
tain easements to facilitate access to and from various parcels owned by
each but separated in certain instances by tracts owned by the other,
Nt?W THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt
of ~vhich is acknowledged the one from the other, it is agreed:
l. North Trail grants unto Trafalgar Developers full and free
right and liberty for Trafalgar Developers, its tenants, employees,
visitors, invitees and licensees for all purposes connected with the use

; and enjoyment of Parcel B of Trafalgar Developers for whatever purpose
~ said Parcel B from time to time lawfully may be used and enjoyed to pass
~ and repass along the provided roadway or roadways more particularly
