enforce any of the foregoing covenants, reservations or restric-
tions, by reason of such breach, all costs incurred in such
enforcement, including a reasonable fee for counsel, shall be
paid by the grantee.
7, This agreement shall be binding upon and shall
inure to the benefit of grantor's and grantee's successors and
assigns.
