ZHIS CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED made and executed
the ~`'t~ day of December, A.D., 1972, by MARINE SCIENCE
CII3TER, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of
Florida, and having its principal place of business at the
Marine Science Center, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
called the grantor, to HARBOR BRANCH FOUNDATION, a non-profit
foundation, with its permanent post office address at

S~~George Street, New Brunswick, New Jersey 08903, herein-
after called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: T'hat the grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all of that
certain land in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

SUBJECT TO and the grantor expressly reserves a perpetual
~ easement over and upon the South 50' of the above described

property for the purpose of preserving to grantor, its suc-
cessors in interest and assigns, access to land lying East
of the land herein conveyed to the grantee.
