Grantee agrees to comply with all applicable zoning, land use, water use, air and water pollution laws, ~rdinances or regulations of any governmental body or agency having jurisdiction ~ over said property. 8. Grantee shall maintain all vessels, moored, docked or stored on the property in a clear~, sightly and shipshape manner. No vessels or equipment shall be permitted to obstruct the channel or navigation therein, except for dockage. 9. Vessels, vehicles, equipment and materials may be stored on the property in the open, provided such storage is maintained in a proper and neat manner or sucYi storage is fenced from view. 10. Should the grantor, its successors or assigns, employ counsel to successfully enforce any of the foregoing cove- nants, conditions, reservations, or restrictions, by reason of such breach, all costs incurred in such enforcement including a ; reasonable fee for counsel shall be paid by the grantee, its ~ successors or assigns, and the grantor, its success~rs or assigns, i ~ shall have a lien upon such property to secure payment of all such ~ ~ accounts. ~ 11.
