W A R R A N T Y D E E D
THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the ~C' ' day
of December, A.D., 1972, by MARINE SCIENCE CENTER, INC., a
corporation existing under the laws of Florida, and having its
principal place of business at the Marine Science Center,
Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantor, to
HARBOR IIRANCH FOUNDATION, a_non-profit foundation, with its

permanent post office address at S~A~. George Street, New Brunswick,
New Jersey 08903, hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Ten Dollars ($Z0.00) and other valuable
considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all of that
certain land in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
PARCEL A:
The North 328.6' of that part of the North
13 acres of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 8, T~wnship 34
South, Range 40 East, lying East of the East
right-of-way line of the Old Dixie Highway.

SUBJECT TO and the grantor expressly reserves a perpetual ease-
ment over and upon the South 50' of the North 70' of the above
described property for the purpose of preserving to grantor,
its successors in interest and assigns, access to grantor's land
lying East of the land herein conveyed to the grantee.
