For value received, the undenigned jointly and severally poomise to pay to the order of I?ScCAUGNAN riORTGAGE
COMPANY, INC.. a Florida corporation, the principal sum of Dollan

per annum; the interest and rinupal of this note payable in instalments as follows•

All instalments of interest and principal are payable at the office of the payee in the City of Coral Gables, Florida, or
at such other place as the holder hereof may designate in writing, in lawful money of the United States ot America. If any
of said instalmenu of interest and principa! shall not ~e paid when due then the entire principal sum and accrued interest shall
become due and payable at once, at the option of the legal holder of this note.
Each maker and endoner waives the right of exemption under the Constitution and laws ot Florida, and each maker and
endorser wai~-es demand, protest and notice of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requiremenu ~ccasary to hold each of
them liable as makers and endorsers.

It u further agreed that each maker and endoner, jointly and severally, shall pay all rnsu of collection, including a reason- -
I able attorney's fee, on (ailure to pay the principa! of this note or any interest thereon at maturity. This note and all sums due
~ thereunder shall 6ear interat at the cate of ten (10) per cent_ per annum from due date until paid.
It u further agreed that each maker and endorser jointly and severally hersby consent to any extensions or renewals or
~ modifications of this note or any part thereof without notice, and each maker and endorser agrees that he will remain liable as
~ such duri~g any extension or renewal or modification hereof until the debt npresentrd hereby is (ully paid_
Pri~•ilege is gicen to prepay in full a(ter one year from the date of the mortgage upon payment of a sum equal to• 3~;'c during
the 2nd year, 2%s~i during the 3rd year, 2~/~ during the 4th year; 1%zr/c during the Sth year; 1~'c during 6th year to maturity. All
are based on the original amount of ~the mortgage.
This note is secured by mongage upon real property in Fbrida, and this note is to
be construed according to the laws of Florida. 1
