Beginning at a point on the Section line between Fractional
Sections 4 and 5, To~vnship 36 South, Range 41 East, at a
distance of 2, 889 . 8 feet measured along said Section line,
from the Section corner common to Fractional Sections 4, 5,
8 and 9, of the aforesaid To~vnship and Range; thence run
~yest, parallel with the South line of said Fractional Section 5,
to the Indian River; thence Northerly, meandering the shore
line of said Indian River, to~ the North line of said Township 36
South, of Range 41 East; thence East along said Township Line,
to the shore line of the Atlantic Ocean; thence Southeasterly ,
along said shore line of the Atlantic Ocean to a point where a line
projected East from the point of beginning, parallel ~vith the South
