Lands and property lying in and being part of Fractional Sections
4 and 5, Township 36 South, Range 41 East, in St. Lucie County. Florida,
in that part thereof designated as Hutchinson Island, and more particularly
described as follows , to-wit:
(1) Start at a point where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean in Section 4,
Township 36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, intersects
a line that is 431I .85 feet North of and parallel to the South ~ine of Section
5, Township 36 South, Range 42 East, for a POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
run N 89°38' 18" West aiong said parallel line to the East line of said Section
5 a distance of I46.48 feet more or less; thence continue to run North 89°
38' 18" West a distance of 1434 . 22 feet to the centerline ef Little Mud Greek;
thence traversing the centerline of Little Mud Creek run South 51°18' West
a distance of 134 feet; thence run South 54°44'West a distance of 152 feet; thence
run South ?5°37' West a distance of 208 feet; thence run North a distance of 130
feet more or iess to the Easterly shore of the Indian River; thence meander said
shoreline Northerly to the North line of the afaresaid Section 5; thence run
South 89°38'16" East along the North line of said Section 5 a distance of 2003.2
feet more or less to the ~vaters of the Atlantic Ocean; thence meander said shore-
line Southeasterly a distance of 1590. 55 feet mora or less to the POINT OF BE-
GINNING. INCLUDING all riparian and littoral rights appertairung thereto; and
also,
(2) Start at a point where the waters of the Atlantic Ocean in Section 4, Township
36 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, intersects a line that is
4311.95 feet North of and parallel to the South line of Section 5, Township 36
South, Range 42 East, for a point of beginning; thence run North 89°38'18"
West along said parallel line to the East line of said Section 5 a distance of
146.48 feet more or less; thence continue to run North 89°38'18" West a distance
of 1434. 22 feet to the centerline of Little Mud Creek; thence traversing the center-
line of Little Mud Creek Westerly run South 51°18' West a distance of 134 feet;
thence run South 54°44' West a distance of 152 feet; thence run South 75°3?'
tVest a distance of 208 feet; thence run South a distance of 125 feet more or less
to the East shore of the Indian 8iver; thence meander said shoreline Southerly
to where said shore intersects a line that is 2889.8 feet north of and parallel
to the South line of the aforesaid Section 5; t2ience run South 89°38' 18" East
a2ong said parallel line to the East line of said Section 5 a distance of 1702.58
feet more or less; thence continue to run South 89°38'18" East a distance of
841. 13 feet more or less to the waters of the aforesaid Atlantic Ocean; thence
meander said shoreline Northwesterly a distance of 1590.55 feet more or less
to the POINT OF BEGINNING . INCLUDING all riparian and littoral rights
appertaining thereto.
