FOR VaLUE RECEIVED, the undersigned, jointly and severally, PROlt9ISE TO PAY _
to the order of ROBERT F. 1'IcftO$ERTS, JR., Trustee
T~~o Hundred Foriy-six Thousand; One Hundred Thirteen & 17/100 DOLLARS
at P.O.Dra~ver 6, Stuart,Fla. 33494 or such other place as the holder hereof
may designate in writing, together with interest from date at the rate of 5 $
per annum on the unpaid balance until maturity . The said principal and interest
shall be due and pa~rable as follo~vs:
Four (4) equal consecutive annual installments of $49,222.63 and one (1) annual
installcr,ent of $49,222.65 principal plus interest on the unpaid principal balance,
commencing one (1) year from date and continuing on the same day each year
thereafter until principal and accrued interest shall be paid in full. ~
Right of prepayment in whole or in part at any time ~vithout penalty, on or after ,
January lst, following the year of closing is expressly reserved .

~ If default be made for 30 days in the payment of any installment of principal
; or interest or any part thereof, the whole sum then remaining unpaid with interest
; shall at holder's option become due and payable tivithout notice. Failure to exercise

~ event of subsequent default . After maturity both principal and accrued interest _

- of this note further cvaive demand, notice of non-payment and protest. If this note ?
