HUMBLE OIL & REFINING COMPANY, a Delaware corporation,
having an office at 800 Bell Avenue, Houston, Texas 7?002,
hereinafter called "Grantor", for and in consideration of the
stun of Seven Thousand Five Hundred and No/10~ Dollars ($7,500.00),
- cash in hand, paid by HOYT C. MURP~iY and DOROTHY E. MURPHY, his
wife, as to an undivided 1/3 interest; LEWTS E. WITT and EDITH S.
WITT, his wife, as to an undivided 1/3 interest; and JAMES A. ;
SKANNEL and SYBIL L. SKANNEL, his wife, as to an undivided 1/3 ;

called "Grantee", the receipt of whicti is hereby acknowledged,

date hereof, payable to the crder of Grantor as therein specified

secured by a Mortgage of even date with the effective date hereof,
does hereby grant, bargain, sell and ~anvey unto tne said Grantee,
