~ order, in five {5) equal annual installments of Four Thousand
~ Five Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($4,500.00) each, plus interest

at the rate of Nine Percent (9~) per annum, said Promissory Note

~ representing a portion of the consideration for the conveyance of
