COVENANT SEVENTEENTH: The Mortgagor agrees to furnish to

poration the annual statement of income and e xpense of NFF Corporation
for such fiscal year and the balance sheet of NFF Corporation as of the
last day of such fiscal year. Such statement and balance sheets shall
set forth in reasonable detail the results of operations and the financial
