owned of record by, or in the actual use or possession of,
any public or quasi-public body, governmental agency, or utility

facilities, power lines, telephone lines or other like uses.

The obligations of DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation which run
with the above described lands as defined in that certain
agreement between Sybil Levita Culverhouse, et al, and
DiGiorgio Fruit Corporation, dated August 25, 1959, and
filed February 12, 1962, in Official Records Book 29, page 531.
