November 9, 1961, in Official Records Book 22, page 398.
3. The Mortgagor's easement over Florida Turnpike Authority's
land for right of ingress and egress to citrus grove lying
North of Turnpike via a road underpass situate in the vicinity
of corners of Section 25, 30, 31, and 36 of Township 34
South, Range 38 East, and Raage 39 East.
ALL recording references are to the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
ALSO, this mortgage shall operate as a Security Instrument
and constitute a specifi~ lien upon a11 irrigation equip-
ment now located on the within described real property,
and without limiting the foregoing, specifically includes
the pumps and motors identified and described on the following
two ( 2 ) page s .
COVENANT SEVENTEENTH: The Mortgagor agrees to furnish to
Mortgagee within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year of
~TFF Corporation the annual statement of inco~ and expense of
NFF Corporation for such fiscal year and the balance sheet of
NFF Corporation as of the last day of such fiscal year. Such
statement and balance sheets shall set forth in reasonable
detail the results of operations and the financial position of
NFF Corporation.
