KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That DI GIORGIO CORPORATION. a Delaware Corporation,
the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by ST. LUCIE PACKING CORP.
to Di Giorgio Corporation, bearing date of June 20, 1972, and recorded in Official
Records, Book 203, Page 2447, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
St. Lucie County, Florida, securing a certain note in the principal sum of
ZWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND NO/100ths Dollars and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said tnortgage deed, upon the property situate in said
State and County, described as follows, to-wit:
Those certain lands described in said mortgage.
.b~gr~by acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed
~:;d.i~ects the clerk to cancel the same of record.
