type of security instrument, note, security agreement or
laan agreement; assignment of assignment of rents;
(d) continuation, termination, assignment, amendment, subordination,
nodification and/or reiease staterrent of any financing statement
and/or security agreement; warranty of any type;
(e) financing statement, construction loan agreement, development
loan agree~~aent, co,~itment of any type;
(f) consolidation and/or spreading agreement of any'note, mortgage,
deed of trust, deed to secure debt or any other type of security
instrument, security agreement or financin~ statement;
(g) endorsement on any note, with or without recourse;
(h) agrecr~ent to purchase any type of property and/or lease any type of
property; lease of any property;
(i) any plat in rrhich the Trustees are requested to join into as
a lender or an~ separate instrument providing for joinder in
plats as a ien~er; covpnants, conditions and/or restrictions or any
separate instrument providing for joinder in coven~nts, co~ditiens
and/or restrictions;
