upon said instrument dated April 25, 1972, which remains in full force and effect.
The na~r.e Guardian Mortgage Investors is the designation of the Trustees for the

time being under a Declaration of Trust dated t~larch 29, 1966, as amended. Every ;
document hereafter executed by Patrick M. Ahern, Paul L. Burns, Howard G. Wisker, ;
Terry l, Fiora, or Betty Alderman ,as attorney for and on behalf of the aforesaid
Trustees, to wit: ~ordon H. iayjor, Ci;u;~chi11 G. Carey, ~ug~n2 L. Psrber, '

J.C. Tyler, Jr., John D. Uible, or John H. Rogers, pursuant hereto, is executed in
tne r.ame of and on behalf of the Trustees of Guardian Mortgage Investors and not
individually, and the obiigations in any document executed by Patrick M. Ahern,
Pau1 l. 6urns, Noward G. W~sker, Terry L. Flora, or Betty Alderman, as attorney for
and on behalf of the aforesaid 7rustees, to-wit: Gordon A. Taylor, Churchill~G. Car~y,
Eugene L.-Amber, J.C. Tyler, Jr., John D. Uible, or John H. Rogers, pursuant hereto
shall be understood and expressly stated to be not bfnding upon any of the Trustees,
shareholders, officers, agents of the Trust, or attorneys herein named, personally,
but binding only upon the trust estate of Guardian Mortgage Investors. All persons
dealing with Guardian Nlortgage Investors must look solely to the Trust property for
the enforcement of any claims against Guardian Mortgage Investors.
This deleaation of power and auth~rity is exclusive and all prior delegations
are hereby revoked and rescinded as of the date hereof and shall hereafter be of
no force and effect. Any po?ver exercised before the date hereof under any such prior ~
delegation shall however not be affected.
