The Association reserves the right to withhold consent to any such conveyance ~ ar~c~ assumption until and unless satisfactory financia! reports and other personal data required by the ~ Asscx~atien are furnished to the AssociatEon by the party acquiring tit!e to the premises, or any part ~ thereo~.
