Richard Tucker.
3. That the Plaintiff agrees to execLte all documents to
transfer to the Defendant the following bank accounts in the First
Federal Savings & Loan Association at Ft. Pierce, to-wit:
Account in the name of Milton Tucker and/or Evelyn
_ Tucker as guardian of the estate of Robyn Tucker,
being No. 8377;
Account in the name of Milton Tucker and/or Evelyn
Tucker as guardian of the estate of Richard Tucker, £
being No. 8378.
The Detendant agrees to keep and maintain said accounts as follows:
Milton Tucker as guardian of the estate of Robyn Gale
Tucker;
Milton Tucker as guardian of the estate of Richard
Tucker.
The Defendant agrees to refrain from withdrawing any sum or sums of
money from said accounts except for the sole purpose of providing a
i college education for the two minor children, Richard Steven Tucker

~ and Robyn Gale Tucker, from each of the said separate accounts for ~

f their separate benefit. The Defendant agrees that any sum or sums

~ remaining in either of said accounts, after each of the children

~ have received a college education, or in the event either child

~ does not desire a college education, shall be and become the sole
~
~ and exclusive pr_operty of the child in whose name each respective

~ account is, that is, Robyn Gale Tucker - Account No. 8377, and

~ Richard Steven Tucker - Account No, 8388. The Defendant is not to

"x us any of the funds from either of said accounts for any personal

4. That the Plaintiff shall have the right to claim one child
~ as a deduction on her personal income tax and the Defendani: shall
have the right to claim one child as a deduction on his personal
