5. That the Plaintiff agrees to execute all documents ,

necessary to the Defendant all existing mortgages now held by
the Plaintiff and Defendant jointly, and said mortgages shall
become the sole property of the Defendant.
6. The Defendant shall pay to the law firm of Willes, Bittan
& Griffin, the sum of $250.00 on their fees for their services on
behalf of the Plaintiff, and in addition thereto, the further sum
of $25.00 to cover the fee§ of the Court Reporter and additional
court costs.
7. That the Defendant shall pay to the law firm of Carlton,
Brennan & McAliley, Fort Pierce, Florida, any fee or fees due it '
for their services on behalf of the Plaintiff herein ari~ any costs ~
due them in and about the filing of the above styled cause.
8. That each of the parties hereto request the Court to enter
! an Order requiring the Court file in the above cause to be sealed
