3. The Defendant, MILTON TUCKER, shall pay to the
Plaintiff, EVELYN M. TUCKER, the sum of $15.00 each week for '
the support and maintenance of the minor child, ROBYN GALE
TUCKER; that said payments shall commence on Friday, November ;
- 17, 1967, and shall be made on Friday of each week thereafter 3`
until said minor child reaches majority, marries, is self-
supporting, is deceased, or until further Order of Court.
4. The Defendant shall pay to the law firm of Willes,
Bittan & Griffin, counsel for the Plaintiff, the sum of $250.00
on their fees for their services herein, and the furth er sum of
$25.00 assessed as costs.
The Defendant shall pay to the law firm of Carlton,
Brennan & McAliley, Fort Pierce, Florida, any fee or fees due it
for their services on behalf of the Plaint~~f, and any costs due ~
it in and about the filing of the above styled Cause.
6. The Stipulation admitted into evidence as Plaintiff's .
Exhibit 1 is hereby ratified, approved and confi.rmed, and incor-

t porated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to comply ~

} with its provisions. '
