wherever the context so requires or admits, as parties of the first part, and COMMUNITY FEDERAI SAVINGS AND IOAN
ASSOCIATION OF RIVIERA BEACH, a corporation existing u~der the laws of the United States of America, hereinafter
called the Mortgak,~ee, which term as used in every instance shall include the Mortgagee's successors, legal representa-
tives, and assigns, as party of the second part. .
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate
sum of money named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafte~ described, the Mortgagor does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the Mortgagee, in fee simple, the following described
real estate, of which the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, ~nd in actual possession, situate in the Couny of
St. LuCie , State of Florida, tawit:
That part of Lot 63 lying West of the St. Lucie River,
of WHITE CITY, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book Z, page 23, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Lying and Being in Section 4, Township
